Why choose Choppiz?

It’s all about making a good first impression. That’s why, at, we go above and beyond to create one-of-a-kind, professional-looking realistic drawings based on your beautiful photographs! A personalized pet picture is a wonderful gift and enjoyable memory.

Can I view and approve the artwork before it is shipped?

Yes, absolutely! We will email you the pet’s drawing for analysis and acceptance before sending you the final result.

Here is how it works:

1. Make a purchase.
2. After we’ve completed the artwork for your pet, we’ll email you for approval. If you agree, that’s wonderful!
3. If you suggest an improvement, we will make the necessary modifications and ask for your approval again.
4. The order is then delivered to you.


You have 72 hours to respond to our approval request.

If you don’t, we’ll say you’ve accepted it and shipped it.
There can’t be too many orders lying around the office.

What's the total amount of revisions I've had?

We want you to be fully satisfied with the digital artwork before it is sent to you, so we give revisions; the number of revisions available is specified on the product page.
The aim is to create artwork that looks like your pet in the picture you provide, and we’ll do whatever we can to achieve that.
We’re not going to make a lot of edits to make up for poor images, missing data, or “what if” scenarios.
Accepting a new photo for a full redesign of the artwork is not our normal policy, and approval would be given on an individual basis.

Is it possible to put more than one pet on a product?

Most products are designed to work best with a single pet, but we understand that some pets are inseparable. 
Look for a “how many pets?” option on products that can be customized with more faces.

Please keep in mind that we will have to reduce the size of each pet you add in order for them all to fit, and we will charge an additional fee for each pet artwork we design.

Will my photo be accepted?

You don’t have to be a professional photographer to take a great picture of your pet, but we do have some advices before you do.

We recommend taking photos in bright light (so we can see all of the details)
and having your pet sit or stand up and look at the camera.

If our artists do not believe they can do a good job with your photo, we will contact you and ask you to send us another one.

May I send a photo of any pet?


According to us, all pets are considered equivalent.
We will do our best to make your cat, dog, fish, bird, or anything else look amazing.

What is your policy on refund?

We do not give refunds because these are one-of-a-kind and personalized items with a photo of your pet. 
All sales are final.

If you are unhappy with the final artwork design, please request a revision with the specifics you feel should be changed.

When will my order ship?

It takes 2-4 weeks to get a regular order.
Why does it happen?
Your pet’s picture is sent to one of our artists immediately after placing your order. For the conception to be completed, it takes 2-4 business days and we contact you for evaluation and approval.
We will submit your order as soon as you agree

Enable 3-5 additional working days to deliver the physical product and submit a tracking number.
