Shipping Policy

Every Choppiz item is printed on demand, just for you. Here’s how long it takes to reach you, what it costs, and what to expect along the way.

Order review and printing

We review each order within 1 business day. Printing usually takes 2–4 business days, and your order ships as soon as it’s printed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your destination. You’ll see the exact amount before you pay.

Where your order ships from

We work with production partners in the United States and Europe. When possible, your order is printed at the location closest to you, which keeps delivery faster and shipping costs lower.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.

Customs and import fees

European Union: import VAT and EU customs duties are prepaid, so there’s nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.

UK, Switzerland, Canada and other countries: local import taxes or carrier handling fees may apply depending on your country’s rules. These are paid by the customer.

Lost, damaged or misprinted orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, contact us and we’ll look into it. See our refund and returns policy for details.
