Holiday shipping deadlines
Deadlines include order review, printing and standard shipping. Orders placed later still ship, but may arrive after Christmas.

How long until my order ships?
Every item is printed on demand. We review each order within 1 business day, then printing usually takes 2–4 business days before it ships.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
United States: 5–10 business days. International: 7–20 business days. Delivery times start once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your destination.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You’ll get an email with your tracking number and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import fees
Will I pay customs when my order arrives?
European Union: no. Import VAT and EU customs duties are prepaid, so there’s nothing to pay at delivery. UK, Switzerland, Canada and other countries: local import taxes or carrier handling fees may apply and are paid by the customer.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including size or color. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a cancellation fee of 5% of the item price or $30 (whichever is lower) applies. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the item.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, and cover any return shipping.
Sizing and fit
Which size should I pick?
All styles are unisex. Softstyle hoodies come in S–5XL and premium sweatshirts in S–3XL. Compare your measurements with the size guide before ordering.
Care
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Don’t iron directly on the print.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
